His wealth of experience helps us deliver precisely what our clients require, as he has a rigorous interview and vetting process for every candidate that comes on board with us.

Nicky has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for almost 20 years, from a care assistant, through to Branch Manager Position. She also has an incredible amount of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Administration, Management, and Business Development, and she heads up the Professional Roles of our company and supports with H&SC positions. You can be assured with Nicky that she will deliver the highest level of customer service every time. She has an in-depth knowledge of these positions along with years of recruitment experience, to screen and select the perfect candidate.
Gemma works closely with the team as our company Administrator, ensuring that everything in the background is running smoothly, efficiently, and is compliant. Gemma is organised and supportive and helps in liaising with our clients and candidates. She shares the vision of quality and outstanding service, and her role in ensuring this is vital.
