Temporary and Contract Recruitment
We understand that often companies require additional staffing for a temporary period or a single shift/day, giving you a flexible recruitment solution.
Usually this is because your company has peak times, a new contract, or needs to cover annual leave or sickness of a permanent employee.
When we supply people to you temporarily, it is completely flexible for you to decide the time frame that additional staffing is required. We can meet your temporary staffing requirement urgently if needed, and often we get asked for staff the same day or within a few hours. We will always do our best to deliver in your required timeframe.
You also have the option, if required, to go from temp to perm with the candidate if you feel they are an excellent fit for your company and that the position could now be needed permanently.
Every person registered with us has undergone a rigorous recruitment and selection process, including obtaining references from three previous employers. We also provide training where required, and an enhanced DBS check, where this is a requirement for the position.
